Nationwide Signers collects and maintains contact information, including mobile phone numbers, from independent contractor notaries who complete signing assignments through Nationwide Signers.

After successfully completing a signing assignment, notaries may be invited to voluntarily receive future transactional SMS/text communications regarding signing opportunities, scheduling coordination, appointment updates, availability requests, document notifications, and other assignment-related communications.

Participation in SMS communications is entirely voluntary and is not required to complete assignments, receive payment, or continue working with Nationwide Signers. Notaries who choose not to participate will remain active Nationwide Signers vendors and may continue receiving assignments through other available communication methods.

Mobile phone numbers and personal information are collected and maintained solely for operational and assignment-related communications. Nationwide Signers does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

Nationwide Signers does not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including SMS consent or mobile phone numbers, with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Nationwide Signers communicates only with existing independent contractor vendors who have completed assignments through Nationwide Signers. SMS communications are not sent to prospective vendors or the general public.

Nationwide Signers maintains records of SMS opt-in consent and communication preferences in accordance with applicable carrier and regulatory requirements.
