Nationwide Signers communicates with independent contractor notaries and business contacts regarding signing assignments, scheduling coordination, appointment confirmations, availability requests, and other assignment-related operational communications.

After successfully completing a signing assignment, independent contractor notaries may be invited to receive future transactional SMS/text messages regarding signing opportunities, scheduling coordination, appointment updates, availability requests, document notifications, and other assignment-related communications.

Participation in SMS communications is voluntary and is not required to complete assignments, receive payment, or continue working with Nationwide Signers.

Notaries who choose to receive future transactional SMS communications may opt in when invited and, upon opting in, their contact information may be added to the Nationwide Signers vendor database for future assignment-related SMS communications. Notaries who decline SMS participation will remain active Nationwide Signers vendors and may continue receiving assignments through other available communication methods.

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Messaging services are strictly transactional and operational in nature and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
