Nationwide Signers Order Agreement

Independent contractor notaries who provide their mobile phone number to Nationwide Signers and have completed orders through Nationwide Signers consent to receive transactional SMS/text communications regarding signing assignments, scheduling coordination, appointment updates, availability requests, and order-related notifications.

Notaries are added to the Nationwide Signers vendor database only after completing an order through Nationwide Signers, providing their contact information, and consenting to receive assignment-related communications.
