This agreement outlines the communication practices and assignment-related expectations between Nationwide Signers and independent contractor notaries.

Assignment Communications

Nationwide Signers may communicate with notaries regarding signing assignments, scheduling coordination, appointment confirmations, document status updates, availability requests, and other assignment-related matters necessary to complete signing services.

Nationwide Signers offers independent contractor notaries the opportunity to receive future transactional SMS/text messages regarding signing opportunities, scheduling coordination, appointment updates, document notifications, availability requests, and other assignment-related communications.

Participation is completely voluntary and is not required to complete assignments, receive payment, or continue working with Nationwide Signers.
